In the west building, looking onto the courtyard, there is a 100 m² reception room "la salle des fêtes". It is equipped with a water source with a kitchen sink, a fridge and a microwave oven. Tables and chairs are arranged to allow friendly and family gatherings.

It is a place favoured for the connection of computers because Wifi is available in this building.
