The swimming pool measures 16 x 8 m with a wrought iron fence (23 x 14 m and 1.38 m high). It is surrounded by large open areas. It contains 250 m3 of water. On one side, to allow diving it is 2.5 m deep.

The access is made by a double gate, equipped with a shower and a foot-bath.

Two deckchairs are supplied in each flat. It is possible to arrange them on the large lawns around the pool.
